Summer Challenge!
We will be starting an 8 week Summer Challenge on Monday, July 18!
When: July 18 – Sept 12
Cost: $30
Meeting: Friday July 15th – we’ll go over all the details and answer any questions
What:
Week 1 – 4 will be strict paleo
Week 5 – reintroduce dairy in moderation
Week 6 – reintroduce healthy grains in moderation
Week 7-8 – maintain diet
A weekly food log, weigh in, and extra cardio session will be required. The winner will be determined by meeting all of these requirements along with the highest weight loss percentage. Only one winner – the full pot’o’cash, a free month of CrossFit, and a t-shirt!
Get signed up on the sign up sheet at the gym and come to the meeting next Friday, the 15th. If you can’t make it, please let Shellece know so we can get you all the information.
