Set 1: 6 @ 65% of 1RM

B1. Reverse Lunge- 3×6 ea @ 40% of 1RM Back Squat
B2. Romanian Deadlift- 3×6 @ 55% of 1RM Back Squat
B3. Glute Ham Raise- 3×6
