1:30 – 3:00: 3 @ 70%
3:00 – 4:30: 3 @ 70%
4:30 – 6:00: 3 @ 75%
6:00 – 7:30: 3 @ 75%
7:30 – 9:00: 1 @ 80%
9:00 – 10:30: 1 @ 85%
10:30 – 12:00: 3 Snatch Deadlift @ 90%
