Our 9/11 Workout today is in honor of those lives lost on September 11, 2001. Our workout is 20:01 Minutes to represent the year, 2001. Each movement rep count symbolizes each of the flight numbers of the planes that crashed- AA Flight 11, UA Flight 175, AA Flight 77, and UA Flight 93 collided with the twin towers that day. The 343 M Run signifies each firefighter or paramedic that lost their lives.
Join us tomorrow to pay a small tribute to those who were lost. Never Forget- 9/11.
