1. The CrossFit Open starts THIS WEEK!!! Get signed up if you haven’t already, it’s always so much fun! This is the time to test your abilities and see what you can push yourself to do! We have so many “firsts” each year, and we LOVE watching you guys thrive. We will be having a little competition similar to the one we did in February, so get signed up so we can assign you teammates! Sign up sheets will be at the gym… this is just for fun!
2. This will be the last week of our gymnastics class. This Wednesday at 6:30 pm, come join us for the last one! We have more fun things in store for Wednesday nights, so stay tuned to see what’s coming next!
