BOX NEWS:
We are hosting a mini challenge to get us through the end of the year. It’s not as intense as our normal nutrition challenge every January, which we WILL still be doing as well, but this will help us get through the holidays without feeling like garbage! It’s going to focus on drinking water, working out, and eating no processed sugar (with the exception of thanksgiving, Christmas, and NYE). We are still working out the kinks with the new app system, but it will only be $15 to participate, and winner of the point system takes all! It starts Nov 1 and goes til the end of the year! Join us!
