A. 20 min EMOM:
1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS
Start around 60-65% of your current 1RM and add 5# each minute. If you fail a rep, remove 20# and then continue building.
B. 8 min AMRAP:
6 Power Snatch
6 Overhead Squat
6 Pull Up
Weight on the bar should be 50% of your top load from part “A”.
