Your Choice of Workout Today- If you are doing the CrossFit Open with us, we STRONGLY urge you to choose the Flow Session today. This will benefit you by moving at a good pace without getting overly sore for Friday’s workout. This should be done as more of a recovery session than a workout.
Option 1- 20 Min AMRAP Flow Session:
12 Dumbbell Floor Press (6 ea arm)
150 M Jog
12 Burpees
1 Min Handstand Walk Practice
OR
Option 2- 20 Min EMOM:
Min 1- 15 DB Snatch (50/35)
Min 2- 150 M Run
Min 3- 15 Burpees
Min 4- Max Distance Handstand Walk
*Score is Total Feet HS Walk
