A. Death By Jumping Air Squats
Start with 5 Reps on on min 1, add 1 rep each consecutive minute until you can no longer finish within the minute.
Min 1- 5 rep
Min 2- 6 reps
Min 3- 7 reps, etc.
B. Accessory Work:

20 Romanian Deadlift (Unbroken Set at moderate weight)
50 Laying Banded Hamstring Curls
