10 Min On the Clock:
Speed Front Squats- 3×10 (make these reps as fast as possible)
-We are focusing on explosive hips for today. Use 50% of your 1RM Front Squat as a guideline, but choose a weight that you can do all ten reps with an explosive ascent
5 Rounds for Time:
11 DB Squats (50s/35s)
9 DB Snatch (50/35)
7 Burpees over the DB
5 Toes to Bar
3 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
1 Bar Muscle Up
