A. Snatch
8 min EMOM
2 Squat Snatch @ 60-70% (Unless form is sacrificed, then reduce loading and focus on hitting the correct positions)
Right into..
6 min EMOM
3 Snatch Grip Deadlift (Increase loading as form allows)
Focus on good technique. Same set up as a snatch, deadlift the bar to the high hang position using the same pulling pattern as a snatch.

B. Five Rounds for Time:
5 Power Snatch (95/65)
10 Box Step Up (95/65 – back rack)
15 Toes to Bar
