Rowing Ladder-
Increase calories on the rower until you cannot complete the work under the 2 min time cap

Min 0-2- 20/14 Cals
Min 2-4- 22/16 Cals
Min 4-6- 24/18 Cals
Min 6-8- 26/20 Cals
etc. until unable to complete in 2 minutes.
