Start at 60% and add 5% every 2 mins
B. Six Rounds, each for time:
10 Front Rack Lunge (95/65)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
100 meter Sled Pull Sprint (135/90)
Rest 1 min between Rounds
