A. 20 Rep Back Squat, Week 1
Use 60% of your 5RM established last week (here). We’ll do the 20 rep back squat twice a week, sometimes before the wod and sometimes after. Each time we do it, add 5 pounds to the weight you previously did. If you don’t get through all 20 reps, keep that same weight the next time we do it.

5 Rounds Strict Cindy (Strict Pull Up)
500 meter Row
5 Rounds Cindy (Kipping or Strict Pull Up)
500 meter Row

Cindy = 5 Pull Up, 10 Push Up, 15 Squat
