A. 18 mins to find 5RM Back Squat
We are going to be starting a 20 rep back squat program next week, and we’ll be using this number to determine where you’ll start.

B. For Max Reps of Each:
Tabata Air Squats
Tabata Sit Ups
Tabata Lunge
Tabata Burpee

Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 sec of work/10 sec of rest. There is no rest between exercises.
