A. Every 90 seconds for 10 sets:
1 Power Snatch + 1 OHS + 1 Hang Squat Snatch
This is the time to practice technique. You should be able to make every single set with the best form possible. Spend this time perfecting your movements and really focusing on form

B. 9 min AMRAP:
5 Power Snatch (95/65)
5 OHS (95/65)
200 meter Run
