A) 4 Rounds for Quality
0:30 Push Ups
0:30 Rest
0:30 Box Jump
0:30 Rest
0:30 Toe to Bar
0:30 Rest
This is time for you to practice the movements and really focus on good form.
If push ups come easy for you then add a plate or ring push ups, triangle, clapping, etc. If they don’t come easy for you then challenge yourself by getting on your toes or try changing your hand position, etc.
Same with box jumps, if they come easy for you then try a taller box or practice being smooth and consistent for the full 0:30. If you normally step but want to try to jump, get a smaller box and practice getting a feel for it.
B) Complete the following for time:
30 Hang Clean (135/95)
20 Power Clean (135/95)
10 Squat Clean (135/95)
5 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
