20 Single- Arm Dumbbell Push Press
*You can substitute 80 Single Unders or 80 Line Hops on the ground for Double Unders
**You can use anything weighted for the single arm Dumbbell Push press- think water jug, bag of rice, toolbelt, etc. You can also sub pike push ups instead.

Nutrition Challenge Winners Announced!
HUGE congrats to everyone who competed in the challenge this year! It was soooo close, and we had so many people finish this challenge strong! I loved putting all of the before/after pics together in collages, because EVERYONE had amazing transformations!!
This year’s winners!!
1. Colton
Colt decided to do 800 grams of fruits and veggies for his challenge this year, and dropped a whopping 5.2 body fat percentage!! It was so much fun watching him transform before our eyes! Everytime you saw him, his face looked leaner! π
2. Payton
Payton also decided to go with 800 g fruits and veggies. He didn’t have much body fat to lose, but still managed to lose 3.6%! Payton always has a great attitutde during these challenges, and is such a team player! He leaned out a lot during this years’ challenge, and Julie even told him he is getting biceps finally!
3. McKilee
Mac went with macro counting for her challenge this year. She set her mind to it and stuck to it! It’s been fun watching her confidence grow every week and her workouts improve! I’ve seen the biggest change in the gym for Mac, she is taking after her mom and slaying every workout!
