30 Minute Recovery EMOM:
Min 1- 12/9 Cal Bike
Min 2- Muscle Up Practice (ring or bar)
Min 3- 10 Power Snatch @ 50% 1RM
Min 4- 18 Straight Leg Sit Ups
Min 5- GOAT Movement of Choice
This is low intensity to prep for the open workout tomorrow. Pick a movement you DON’T like seeing up on the board to work on! If you need help, ask your coach for some suggestions!
