1 Snatch Deadlift (pause at knee 2 seconds) + 1 Snatch*
*You can choose to power or squat, but get above the weight you’ll use in part B.

B. Regionals 2018 Event 4
For time:
2 rounds of:
10 snatches 175 / 125 lb.
12 bar facing burpees
Then, 2 rounds of:
10 snatches 115 / 75 lb.
12 bar facing burpees
*These snatches can be power or squat, your choice!
