-We have scheduled to have Dexa Body come to Logan THIS FRIDAY the 15th to do body scans for us. This will show you your body fat, lean mass, bone density, resting metabolic rate, muscle balance and more! You can view a sample report online at dexabody.com ? Go to this link http://dexabody.com/schedule.html , click on the Utah Mobile Testing Unit link (bottom left), then scroll down to the CrossFit Antietam one and click Book. Pick a time that works for you! You will pay Dexa Body at the time of your appointment. They take all credit cards, cash, and if you have an HSA card you could use that too! Everyone is welcome to sign up, you don’t need to be a member to do this. Now go get signed up!
