The CrossFit Games Open is coming soon! The first workout will be released on February 25th. Here’s a little snippet about the Open from the CrossFit Games Instagram page:
For most of us, it is not about trying to make it to the Games or even Regionals; it’s about bringing the global community together to celebrate some fitness for a few weeks out of the year, and compete against people from other countries, other states, other gyms, our own gyms, but most importantly, ourselves. The Open is a gauge of our fitness, to showcase the skills and strength we have developed over the last year, as well as a humbling reminder of the areas in which we need to do more work. For those of you who have already registered, I look forward to throwing down with you. To those who are still on the fence, what are you waiting for? Come party with us!!
