Challenge participants: This weeks challenge is to drink 1/2 your body weight in water every day! Each week the challenges will start to build on each other. So even though you’re not getting points for your protein goal this week, still try to continue to hit your goal within 5g every day. You’ve started building habits and I’m sure you’re getting more familiar with how much you need to eat throughout the day to hit your goal, so keep it up!
