A big thank you to all of you and your help with 16.1 Friday! I know it was a bit crazy, so I appreciate all of your willingness to help judge and help with the gym set up! This is not typical for the open workouts, as they don’t normally take up that much room, so thanks for all your patience! With that in mind, if you are doing 16.1 again (or for the first time) tomorrow, please be mindful of the class, as we want to do our best not to disrupt the regular classes. If at all possible get a judge lined up and talk to the coach about where to set up. Thanks so much!!

For those of you that have already completed 16.1, don’t forget to submit your score! You’ll go back to games.crossfit.com (Where you registered), login, and submit your score there.

CrossFit is all about pushing your own limits, improving yourself, and being a part of a community that feels the same way. Keep pushing yourself and your friends to be the best you can be!
