If you have any questions on getting your time entered, please let me know. Don’t forget to go in and select CrossFit Antietam as your Affiliate AND team. – This Friday night we will open the gym at 415 like normal, there will be a warmup written on the board directly geared to getting you ready for the open workout, and then we’ll run heats. So come when you’re ready, get warmed up and then we’ll get you in the next heat for the workout. Come help judge, cheer each other on, and do the workout! Even if you’re not signed up for the Open, come have some fun with us!
