You are so ready for this!!

Open workout 16.1!
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 bar facing burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 bar facing burpees
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 45 lb.
Women lunge 35 lb.

For the afternoon class times: We’ll be running heats of the workout every 23 minutes or so. Just come to the gym as soon as you’re ready (anytime between 4 and 6), get warmed up, and we’ll get you in a heat! Come ready to have fun, cheer each other on, maybe judge one of your box-mates, and go hard! πŸ™‚
