— Open athletes! I am so proud and inspired by you all! It was so awesome watching you all push so hard. Scores are due Monday by 6pm, and it’s a hard cut off so don’t wait to submit your score. Log back in to games.crossfit.com and submit your score there. AND there is still time to sign up, so if you were on the fence but want in on the challenge, do it now!

Remember that the Open is a great time to check in with yourself, push yourself harder than you normally would, and compete against your friends and the greater CrossFit community. There will always be RX and Scaled options for every workout. We want you to stay safe and healthy, so review each option and go for RX if it’s safe for you. I can’t wait for the next 4 weeks of workouts and to have the best Open with you all!

— Challenge participants! This is our last week! The challenge ends Friday, so there are 5 points up for grabs this week. We need your pictures by Saturday at 5pm. You can send them anytime this week. Please send your points total along with your pics. We will verify them with your weekly papers, but its helpful to make sure we don’t miss anything.
