Stretch and Strengthen to Prep for the Open which starts Friday!!

Lower Body Stretch:
Lateral Lunge: 2 x 8/side
Kneelng Heel to Butt: 2 x 8
Calf Raise: 2 x 10

Lower Body Strengthen
Split Squat: 2 x 10/leg
Squat w/ Band around Knees: 1 x 30
Single Leg Glute Bridge: 2 x 12/side

Upper Body Stretch
Pull Up: 3 x 5-7 reps
DB Fly: 2 x 8
Roll/Smash Upper Back: :90 sec – 2 min

Upper Body Strengthen
Jefferson Curl: 2 x 10 (light to no loading)
Single Arm DB Row: 2 x 10/side
Accumulate 50 of each: Band Pull Apart and Band High Pull
