M 20-lb. wall ball to 10 ft.
W 14-lb. wall ball to 9 ft.

Reminder – there are no official afternoon classes today. We will run heats starting at 4:30 and we’ll run them until everyone is done! Come cheer, judge, do the workout, and/or just hang out with us!
We are going to add a fun in-house competition to the Open this year! We are going to take everyone that signs up below and split you into 2 teams. Everyone will be ranked on the same leaderboard and the point totals for each team will be combined to get a winning team. There will be scores for the open workouts, participation in each week, and super fun “spirit” challenges that will change each week.
Sign up here if you wanna play along! You don’t have to be signed up for the Open through CrossFit to participate… but if you do you’ll have the extra push and you’ll get to see where you stand worldwide! You can also do custom leaderboards, so you can see where you rank among your fellow CrossFit friends!
