The Open!! It’s here! The first announcement is tonight (Thursday)! There is still time to register… don’t forget to pick our affiliate and team (CrossFit Antietam). This is a fun 5 week online competition. It’s such a great way to push yourself, have something to hold you accountable, benchmark your progress, and mostly just have fun with the greater CrossFit community! Our Friday afternoons will be a little different for the 5 weeks of the open. The gym will be open at 415 like normal, but it’ll run more like an open gym for the rest of the night. We will have heats going for the open workout all evening. The warm up will be listed on the board and you’ll put your name on the board for the heat you want to be in. The heats will depend on the equipment requirements, judging, space, etc. Even if you’re not signed up for the open, come do the workouts with us in this environment. It’s so much fun and the energy is always high! We can always use more judges and cheering, so come hang out with us each Friday night!
