This is just a nice steady pace to give your bodies a break before our big Open workout on Friday!! Tune in tonight for the announcement for week 1! We will be having “Friday Night Lights” for the entire open! This is so much fun, and we will have heats all night with judges to count for you!! Come have some fun, and you can sign up here!
In addition to signing up for the CrossFit Open, we will also be hosting an in-house competition that incorporates all of the open workouts. We will have more details and a sign up form on the blog post tomorrow. You won’t have to be signed up for the Open to compete with us, but it does give you an extra little push when you sign up to see where you stand nationwide!
