Since Bianca didn’t give me her favorite movements, I’m picking them! π
100 Burpees For Time
At the top of each minute do 3 Deadlifts (185/135)

Rest as needed, then spend 10 – 15 minutes working mobility. Tell the coach what you want to work on and we’ll give you a few ideas. If you don’t have something in mind already (hips, ankles, hamstrings, shoulders, etc) then we’ll pick one for you.
