30 reps of each of the following:
Wallballs (20/14)
Pushups
KBS (53/35)
Med Ball Squat Cleans (20/14)
Sit Ups
Walking Lunges
Hang Cleans (95/65)
Burpees
Push Press (95/65)

**All reps must be completed unbroken. Row 400 m every time you break. You may rest between movements, but once you start, all reps must be completed consecutively. Score is total time to complete the workout.
