B. Spend 15 Min on a piece of cardio equipment of your choice. Make it a goal to find a pace and maintain throughout, NO STOPPING. You can choose the rower, assault bike, ski erg, or running outside. Use this time to really pay close attention to your moderate pace and what that looks like on your device. Then, you’ll be prepared mentally next time we have a longer row/bike/run in our workouts!!
