-Rest 2 Minutes-
10 M Sprint
D-ball Cleans (50/40)

-Perform 8 rounds of tabata bike, then 8 rounds of tabata slam balls. Rest 2 Minutes. Then, 8 Rounds of 10 M Sprints, then 8 rounds of D-ball Cleans. Score will be 2 totals: Bike Cals + Slam Balls and Sprints + Cleans.
