15 min on the clock
Complete 3 reps every 90 seconds at 70% of your 1RM
You all know the drill, form before loading. If form is sacrificed to get to 70%, stop at a challenging load with good form.

B. Eight Rounds for Time:
12 Burpees
6 Chest to Bar Pull Up
(15 min time cap)

Level 2 = Pull Up
Level 1 = Ring Row
