It’s time to write down your August goals on the goal board. Make them specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time bound. For example: “I want to be fit” is none of those. Instead you can change this to “I want to take 5 seconds off my 400 meter sprint on the CFA course” The next step would be to come up with an action plan to get you there. Talk to a coach for help with a plan, we want you to achieve your goals!
