A. 15 x 100 meter Sprint
50 meters with object, 50 meters without
1-2 minutes rest between each sprint

5 with push sled (45/25)
5 with pull sled (90/45)
5 with sandbag (70/40)

You’ll sprint the first 50 meters with your object, drop it and continue sprinting to finish 100 meters. You can complete these in any order, you just need to finish 5 with each object. These should be max effort attempts.

Record fastest and slowest time with each object.

August 11 – Fraser Games and Summer Party!
What is it? For the Fraser Games, we are going to team up in teams of 2, 3, or 4 (depending on the workout you choose) and as a team you’ll pick a CrossFit Games workout from this year to complete together. We’re going to see if we can beat any of his times as teams! It’s gonna be fun!!
We will be having our Summer Party at the Millville Splash Pad again this year. The Splash Pad is great for the kiddos and adults too! We will have a volleyball game (or two 🙂 ), spike ball, and of course lunch! We’ll provide all the food, so just plan on coming and having fun. We’ll be there from noon until everyone is ready to head home for the day.
