A few things this week:
1. On Labor Day (next Monday), we will only have ONE CLASS at 8 am!
2. Our Endurance Class will now be held at 5:30 pm on Wednesdays!! We are also adding a running group each Saturday morning, so stay tuned to where to meet and what time on the blog/IG! We will be progressively running a longer run each Saturday!
3. Gymnastics class tonight at 6:30 pm!!
