Endurance tonight at 6:30 pm!
On the note of Endurance class, we are happy to announce that we are training for the Provo Haunted Half Marathon! Our Wednesday endurance class is one of our training days for the week, and we will be gradually increasing a longer run week by week that we will do together on Saturday mornings before the class! This week, our long run will be 3 miles, and we are planning on meeting at the gym at 7:00 to start together! Come run with us, even if you aren’t training for this race!
