The CrossFit Games start today! You can watch it all online on Facebook, games.crossfit.com, and CBS Sports.

August 11 – Fraser Games and Summer Party!
What is it? For the Fraser Games, we are going to team up in teams of 2, 3, or 4 (depending on the workout you choose) and as a team you’ll pick a CrossFit Games workout from this year to complete together. We’re going to see if we can beat any of his times as teams! It’s gonna be fun!!
We will be having our Summer Party at the Millville Splash Pad again this year. The Splash Pad is great for the kiddos and adults too! We will have a volleyball game (or two πŸ™‚ ), spike ball, and of course lunch! We’ll provide all the food, so just plan on coming and having fun. We’ll be there from noon until everyone is ready to head home for the day.
