A. Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes, Complete:
3 Pausing Back Squat-
Pause 1 Second at Parallel on the way down
Pause 1 Second in the Bottom of the squat
Pause 1 Second at Parallel on the way up

B. 10 Rounds for Time:
10 Weighted Box Step Overs (50s/35s)
10 Medicine Ball Squat Cleans

-Substitutions:
Weighted Box Step Overs- Step up on a bench, chair, or stairs and hold any weighted object (ie, a child on piggyback, a box of water, laundry detergent, etc)
MB Squat Cleans- sub jumping air squats, but double the reps
