Don’t forget that today is the start of the fundamentals course at 7PM. If you know someone who wants to try CrossFit, this is the perfect way to get them introduced. The course runs for 3 weeks (April 6 – 23) and will be on Mon, Tues, and Thurs evenings at 7.
