We have a lot of new information regarding temporary changes to the gym today, so bear with us and please read this information thoroughly. We know that these changes are not ideal, but we have the best interest of our members and coaches at heart, and want to do everything in our power to keep our community safe.
1. We have a new temporary schedule- In order to make sure we can prevent overlapping of classes and have the ability to disinfect equipment between each class time, we have a new limited schedule. The new class times are as follows: Mon-Fri: 5:15 am 6:45 am 9:00 am 4:15 pm 5:45 pm Saturday: 8 am Sunday: 10 am 2. We will have limited class spots available- In order to follow the Bear River Health Department's latest guidelines, we need to limit class sizes to 12 members. This will allow us to maintain social distancing guidelines of 10 feet per member. 3. We have integrated a new program to register for classes- We have a new program called PunchPass to pre-schedule your classes. This is probably our biggest and hardest change for now, and we ask for your patience with us. Every member planning on attending classes will need to sign up for their class time in advance via PunchPass. You will only be allowed to register for your class 1 day in advance. This is to help keep class scheduling fair and open so that members all have a chance at getting in to a class the next day. In order to be ready to sign up for classes beginning this Friday, you will want to register as soon as possible. Here is a direct link to our temporary schedule to register for your class times: https://cfantietam.punchpass.com. There is also a detailed calendar on our website under the "Temporary Schedule" tab where you can see class times, how many spots are still available, etc. 4. We have a new waiver of liability- This is the not so fun stuff. When you sign up for your first class back, you will be required to electronically sign a new waiver of liability directly related to COVID-19. The online system will automatically send it to you to sign when you register. 5. We will have dedicated spaces for each member- Upon arrival at the gym, each classmate will be asked a series of questions to make sure you are safe to participate. Once you're inside the gym, we will have a dedicated floor space mapped out for each class member. Any equipment needed for the workout of the day will be in your space. This precaution will minimize contact with equipment and keep everything as clean as possible. This will also protect members by keeping appropriate social distancing between members throughout their class. We ask that you please be respectful of others and maintain as much distance as possible while in our classes. 6. We cannot have children in our facility for the time being- There's no way for us to safely monitor social distancing guidelines with our children's room, so we won't be able to have any kids in the gym until our restrictions have been lifted. We love your littles, but ask that you leave them home for now. PHEW! That was a lot of stuff! Thank you for all of your patience and understanding as we navigate through this together. Things can change day to day with our guidelines and restrictions, so we ask that you keep a close eye on the blog for the most recent up-to-date information regarding our gym. We know that these guidelines will help us do our part in preventing regression with this pandemic, so thank you for all of your help! We miss you!
