A. Take 12 mins to find 1RM Front Squat
Then take 33% of that (bar in front rack) and complete max step ups with right leg, rest, then max step ups with left leg. Box height should be set just above your knee.
B. 10 min AMRAP
4 Squat Clean (135/85)
8 Bar Facing Burpee
