The Open is here!
15 minutes on the clock:

Workout 15.1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)

WORKOUT 15.1a
1-rep-max clean and jerk
6-minute time cap

There are scaled versions of this workout, so feel free to swap out the toes-to-bar or lower the weight if you’d like. Take time in the warm-up to work the clean and jerk and find a weight you feel comfortable starting with in 15.1a. Be smart and safe with this one! πŸ™‚
