– New month, new goals! Don’t forget to set a goal for February and get it up on the board. Talk to a coach about what you want to accomplish and let’s make it happen!
– Snow Shoeing! We are going to go snow shoeing together Saturday the 13th. If you don’t have snow shoes, there are a few places around Logan you can rent shoes from (Al’s, the University, etc). There will be a sign up sheet at the gym so we know who’s coming.. watch for more details coming soon.
– The Open starts starts February 25th! Head over to games.crossfit.com to get signed up and to learn more about it. It’s going to be a lot of fun for us to do together! The Open is such a great way to test yourself and discover some new strengths and weaknesses. Talk to a coach if you have questions about it or how to sign up. 🙂
– Last but not least, if you are doing the nutrition challenge… we are on the down hill slope! The official last day of the challenge is February 19th, but you’ll be able to do your measurements and take your pictures any time during that week (Feb 15 – 19). Talk to a coach if you have any questions!
