A. Snatch!
EMOM 20 mins:
1 Full Squat Snatch
Start at 50% of your current 1RM and add 10 lbs every minute. If you fail a rep, remove 30 pounds from your bar for the next minute, then continue adding 10 pounds after each successful lift. Continue following this trend for the full 20 minutes. If your current 1RM snatch is less than 100 lbs, add 5 lbs (instead of 10) each minute.
